MY ORDERS
6.1 My Orders
To review your orders:
- Click My Account and My Orders.
6.2 Search for orders
To view an order:
- Click My Account in the main navigation and then click My Orders.
- You may search by Order Number, Reseller PO Number, Serial Number, Date Range, or Order Status.
- Select the option you prefer and click Search to retrieve results.
For each result, you can find out if there are any backorders.
- Click anywhere on an order.
- On the Order Details page, you can view the ETA information for backordered products.
6.3 How to check if your order is ready for Pickup at our Will Call ? 
1. Go to "My Account" and click on "Orders".
2. Click on "View all shipments for this order
3. A pop up will appear with the delivery status of the order
Delivery status:
1. "Awaiting pick up" = Order is ready for pick up
2. "Will Call" with tracking number = Order has been picked up, see invoice number.
